PDNL is a family-owned business established by Shri Niranjan Lal Bansal in 1962. Today we are a third-generation enterprise offering our expertise in textiles and financial services. We are valued by our customers and the industry for our long term relationships, unmatched value addition and unwavering business integrity.

PDNL stands for Purushottam Dass Niranjan Lal. ‘Purushottam’ means the highest ideal of human character and ‘Dass’ means a devotee. Shri Niranjan Lal Bansal built the foundation of this company with the philosophy of integrity. For over 60 years, we have used that as our guiding principle.
